The wait was finally over and it was time for the party. Lauren didn't want to be in a house full of boys so she got to go and have a sleep over at a friends house. I dropped Lauren off and got home with the pizza right as the first guest arrived. Ten little boys were on their way over and I started thinking, what have I got myself into.
The table's all set and we are ready to PARTY!!

In case you are wondering what 10 little boys sound like in the same room, here is a little preview, or a warning to never do this to yourself. Just kidding really, they were great!
After dinner we went down to the toy room to play some games. The first game on the roster was pin the til on the donkey. Logan was the first one up, but Dreyson was the winner. He got a bulls eye, pinning that tail in just the right spot.
Up next we played musical present. I wrapped up a couple little toys several times and the kids would pass the present around in a circle (side note: have you ever tried getting ten little boys to get in a circle by themselves, yeah not happening). So they would pass the present around the circle and when the music stops whoever was holding it, got to unwrap a layer. If that layer contained a gift, then they got to keep it. Three little boys walked away with some awesome dollar store toys. Seven little boys were very sad they didn't get anything, maybe a wrong game choice with this age, live and learn.
Finally it was pinata time. I was hoping that with all these strong little boys we had there that everyone would get a turn before the pinata got broken open. yeah that was not a problem. After everyone had all the turns they could possibly want, and I had my turn in which the only thing I broke was the handle holding it up, Tyler had to rip the thing open and sprinkle all the candy out. It was funny though because while the pinata held up to all the beatings, the candy inside it however didn't. The kids were showered with broken pieces of tootsie rolls all over the place. Not everything was broken and the boys were more than happy with any candy they could get their hands on.
Time for Cake!!
Logan wanted to start opening presents as soon as the first one walked in the door. We told him though that we were not going to open presents until the very end. He had a very hard time waiting, as he asked if it was present time after each activity ended. he survived though and present time finally arrived.
Logan was so excited for all the fabulous gifts he received. Thank you to everyone for your fun presents. He was in heaven with all the fun new toys he got to play with.
